Kenken's 21st birthday was located at hidden in an area in changi village. Many familiar faces came on board the bus and headed down together, but all, unknowingly, didn't know where it was held! Made our way down to the Science Centre to recee the place out for the upcoming event LIFE's planning. checked out the Omni-Theatre first before heading in into Science Centre. At the counter desk, we, girls were all bewitched by a good looking guy who served us. even the guys agreed to it too! He was the reward for those who went!! Very reluctant to move off from the place but eventually we did as we have yet to recee inside Science Centre.

#The Lord Almighty

On this Friday afternoon, we had our NAPFA test on all 5 stations including 2.4km run. Managed to barely passed some of the stations but failed for the last 2.4km run. Through the run I was determined to keep on running and do not stop no matter how tired or useless the run may seems. It was both mentally and physically torturous, but I'm thankfully that i didn't give up.

had a well deserved dinner at 85 when I saw my "reward"!! It came totally unexpected and from then on, it made me realized hardwork do pay off when you do not give up.

#The Last 24 Hours

Year 2011,

passed by like a flash of lightning and now, the celebration of the coming new year, 2012.

This year i was opened up to more aspect of life. At the beginning of the year, I was showered with much love which came as a surprise. For the very first time living through that blissful period made days flutter so lightly and everything seems right and well. Ultimately, we're just not fated to. however, i was a little enlightened to see what's visible and not, through a bigger picture. It made me realized I was loved by so many friends when I am down and out. I'm blessed to have friends whom I am comfortable with, where I could let myself go just whenever. At the same time, I, hereby myself guilty to caused them so much inconvenience.

Next year would be my graduation from polytechnic. Unlike others who at least have an idea of what they want to study, what they want to do in the future, I don't. i'm lost. I have the least idea of what the future will hold. Having to think about a bleak, cloudy and unsure future scares me every night. I need all the prayer and sign given from above to find where I need to go.

Early this evening, LIFE peeps gathered and with utmost patience, waited for the time to surprise our presence for Jovy's 20th Birthday. The Singapore Flyer's never fails to impress me with its colourful lighting brightening up the area at night. There is one more reason which I wish to go on for another ride on it. Anyway, we hid and blend ourselves in the dark at the nearby podium area to await for the bang of the surprise.

#Christmas Tree, Santarina, Reindeer And Santa Claus

Spent Christmas Eve night with these lovely ladies. Though we didn't see any pretty lights nor a big decorated Christmas tree, we 4 are practically Christmas of our own! first and foremost, filled our empty tummy after working so hard in that few hours. Decided to sheesha since we haven't done it together. couldn't find the sheesha place that we went last year but didn't get to do it because yueming hasn't hit the legal age yet. now that we are all legal, there won't be that excitement for doing activities illegally excluding all those drugs dealing of course. couldn't really see the smoke that we exhaled out. wonder what went wrong. the smoke was really really faint.

took a cab back to xylia's house to play a round of mahjong with her brother and his closest friend. i think i understood mahjong more now. all we need is luck, don't we? it was nearing dawn in a few hours so yueming suggested to watch human centipede 2 which she took a nap from the start of the movie, while xylia and me bravely and disgustedly watched everything from the start to the end.

Completed Up Your Service which took up 2 days to complete course 100 to get the certificate. I'm pretty sure if we're studying a course that is related to human, it can be fun. subject courses that are about machines, equipment, buildings etc, how fun can that get. maybe if we had the interest or the lecturers are so passionate about that subject, there might be some chances of fun.

#On The Road, Streets And Malls

16 Dec'11

Early in the morning 6 o'clock, my family and one of my cousin family drove down to Malaysia for a short 4D3N holiday in Kuala Lumpur for 2 nights and Malacca for 1 night. It took us the entire day on the road with pit stops over at some points.

During the journey, i just couldn't sleep so i only had my music and gameboy to entertain me! We had our first stop in Malaysia at one of a dimsum restaurant for breakfast, the second stop at a go kart racing center, the third at Mcdonald which i had both twister fries and cornetto chocolate ice cream, the forth at Aeon Mall, the fifth in a Nyonya Peranakan resturant in Malacca for lunch, the sixth was sending my popo and yipo to their brother's children house to stay for 2 nights, and finally reaching our hotel/service apartment, The Ascott! We all stayed together in a apartment room! super cozy and i like this above those connecting rooms and separate rooms!

Took a cab to a nearby chinatown like area for dinner. The cab that my family took had a little accident. As usual, the roads was filled with cars since it's around evening time. The taxi uncle cut into the outside lane when he turned where another car coming from the main road strike and hit the taxi! Thank goodness the taxi was suffered from just scratches but he told the 2 college boys to stop by and the taxi uncle took their car keys to settle about the issue after he dropped us. The whole streets was filled with imitation items and almost all the stalls was selling the same thing! So there wasn't much to look around so we headed back to Ascott to end the day.

Woke up near 9am to catch breakfast served at the middle level, 22, of the building in their Sky Lounge!

Took a 5 minutes walk over to KLCC for shopping till lunch! We had lunch in one of the restaurants in KLCC. The food wasn't that bad but the meal was simply overcharged, not worth to dine in. Continued to walked around after lunch and headed back after we completed shopping the entire building inside out! rest in the apartment for an hour or so before heading out for dinner! and that's when my little cousin helped me applied nail polish & art for her very first time!

We had dinner along a street which was quite a distance further from Pavilion. After dinner we walked to Pavilion which to see the bear art statues outside that we saw during our cab journey. Had a super quick look in Pavilion which seems almost similar to KLCC in their shopping experiences. From Pavilion, we walked back to Ascott to get ready for our night movie in KLCC! It was the first time I watched a movie overseas! Watched Alvin and the Chipmunks 3 which ended around midnight.

18 Dec'11

We had breakfast before checking out from The Ascott. Drove back to Malacca to picked up our popo and yipo. For lunch, together with my popo brother's children, we drove out to a not so far wedding restaurant to have lunch. Supprisingly, the food that we ordered was much cheaper compared to yesterday's lunch! guess all the cheap stuffs are outside the city area!

After lunch we drove straight to our next hotel without stopping! Before we left i just didn't want to visit the loo since they said it was only a half an hour drive. But on the road, i suddenly got really really urgent. totally no joke, no joke. i missed 2 rest stops since they said we're about to reach soon. but oh man, couldn't hold it any longer! plus there was a jam! i thought i was a goner but thank goodness there was a petrol station!

i.was.saved!

In Malacca, we stayed in Holiday Inn, normal connecting rooms but facing the sea! not that spectacular but still better than facing the other 3 directions. Walked across the street to shop at Mahkota Parade till it was time for dinner. Dinner was a little special because my mummy little brother had this membership of Holiday Inn whereby we were able to enter the Exclusive Lounge for a free flow of food and free wi-fi. Since it was night already, they had just some side dishes, cookies and dessert. most favorite is the fried money bag and wrap fried chicken! Much later into the night, we drove back to the same Nyonya Peranakan restaurant to have dinner before we call it a day.

19 Dec'11

The last morning spent was in the Exclusive Lounge whereby everyone can enjoy free flow of breakfast instead of going to the normal breakfast serving for all guests. Furthermore, that breakfast only compliment 2 people only. Checked-out and drove to this street in Malacca, not sure what's the name but it's a famous street for tourists. Had lunch in one popular stall along the street to purposely try their all time favorite, chendol! After which, we drove to the last shopping area, Johor Premium Outlet!

With much and unexpected coincidence, I met Likky!!!! Saw him first but didn't dared to call out his name in case it was the wrong person. Kept looking and finally he saw and recognized me. totally unexpected & such luck!!!!

Finally before going back to Singapore, had the best dinner at Sanlow, a zichar restaurant somewhere inside residential place. just like a coffee shop zichar but their dished are all amazingly good! especially their meefen! Went through a hidden one way road to the checkpoint to avoid the jam. Bet alot of motorist don't know about this hidden road. Soon enough, it's back home to Singapore.

Though it's just a short holiday to Malaysia, i'm so much grateful to have this short escape away especially from school.

Not like any bbq session out on the beach, we had almost everything we needed for an amazing class bbq! from tent to canvas sitting to the food to the games to celebration to prizes to everyone who came to those who gave us a ride home and especially to the organizers who organizes such a successful bbq have my sincere appreciation. those who didn't attend might have missed out quite a whole lot of fun.

#Exclusive Eclipse

Carpool in the evening with Meiting driving us all to Peperoni for dinner. It has been ages since I was able to meet them for dinner! While we were dinning, a news came saying there was an eclipse occurring right at that moment which made us girls excitedly ran out to watch that phenomenon. Maybe ray had the skill to capture the perfect picture of the eclipse, but i don't. so this was the best i could took after much trying. Using this as an excuse also helped us to find for nearby bakery shop to get a small cake for kh's 20th birthday! however it was closed, thus we had to secretly order it from the shop we were dinning in. a year older, but this hongkong boy's mind grow a year younger each time.

#Race Through The Bridges And Roads

This early midnight the 3 of us volunteered to help out in the Standard Chartered Marathon 2011 under the Sentosa baggage area. Xylia was supposed to volunteered too, but unfortunately she had a slip and fall and hurt her ankle. The train operated 24 hours specially for that night, having us no worries about being late or worrisome mind about transportation to city hall. We were a tad early so we walked around esplanade area before heading to the registration point.

after which, we got a little lost within the war memorial place and eventually called up our leader who came to rescue us! Registered, changed and they gave us a packet of noodles before leaving for our work station, at an open space carpark, quite a distance from the Half Marathon start point.

There was a total of 10 baggage collection station with at least 6 manpower. Collection started at 4am and slowly, the runners started to came in.

The labeling was a huge chore because the runner had to write their name, tag number and hp number on the sticker paper label which we had to peel it off and put it into the clear plastic bag before sealing. What's more, normal pen is super hard to be written on that kind of paper! thus we had to use markers instead. And here comes another problem, most runners has either very big writing or their handwriting was just illegible. The purpose for this information was to be able to contact the runner to come collect their bag if they had forgotten to do so after the race. And here came another problem spotted by one of the caucasian runner, which was, if he wrote his mobile number on that piece of paper and depositing his phone into the bag, what's the point of writing!! i totally didn't comprehend about this situation until he came along and comment. still, we are just listening to instruction.

It was so busy that i hardly looked up to even see the runner faces. And when i did, i saw my cousin and friend right at the same time! talk about luck! :D It soon became dawn and we had to closed our station at 8am because the race had already started. Before we closed, the runners was like all fed up and impatient because they wee running late, plus they had to walk quite a long distance to reach their starting point. But a situation happened between the organizer in-charge and a runner came up which made him blow up and shouted us to stop collecting. Everyone at that place got a shock! Secretly, the leftover runners at the station queue begged us to just quickly collect and seal their bags.

Managed to collect 3,000 bags which was far below what they expected to collect, Organizer in-charge blew up at the last minute, our team leader threw his board in front of everyone during their team leader discussion. Quite a few unpleasing scene however, it was still quite an experience gained.

The shuttle bus came to pick us up back to War Memorial where we were being released earlier than expected. I thought we were supposed to return the bags to the runners but that was another team job, so yay!

After registering out, took a few minutes to see all the runners running, supportive families and friends cheering out loud behind the barriers of the road is such a heartwarming scene.

It was a tiring night for all, but an eye-opener for me to see what a marathon held in Singapore was all about. Am not going to join baggage the next time round, if I plan to join the next time round, that is (:

#Be Like This

Liying's celebrate her advanced birthday in a chalet that she booked in coasta sands. Last night, she bought tons and tons of food that we had it cooking for the whole entire night to finish it! totally loving the pork chop especially once it was freshly bbq out! also combining it with every other meat and completing it with a bread, it's totally heaven for my tummy! not forgetting the total amount of oil we consumed was just out of the normal range! our liver might suffer after tonight! in the middle of the night, went back to angel's house to have a quick bath and dearest angel gave me a stitch ring and snsd + ft island poster! my room don't really have much empty walls but i'm gonna put them up anyway!

#Judging

After just a month and a half of tremendous effort in creating and processing with our major project, we have finally went through the fearful point, major project judging! i guess my group is lucky to have 2 very very nice judges who are not so overbearing. Even though many were relieved after their presentation, i felt otherwise. i don't feel that stone being lifted nor do i feel a little comfort. Anyway, it's not the end yet! there is still tons of assignment due pretty soon! Time to get back to my typing.

#Wannabe

Mnet Asian Music Award (MAMA) ended not too long ago! once i came home, i only managed to catch the last 3 hours of the show. in the mist of all this rushing for projects and their submission, i'm so glad i can take this excuse to excuse myself from progressing with all the works on hand. the program wasn't that good but i'm deeply amazed by their digital visualization! 3 hours ended that fast however, it was still a well-deserved break to stay away from work once in awhile.

#Hands On

I've finally bought a camera for myself!! Over half the year, i've been borrowing yueming's cammy for over many events. felt a little not easy, thus decided to get one useful one for myself. missed 2 IT fairs held at Suntec Convention which initially i wanted to get EOS 600D. However, after many reconsideration and advises from friends around me, i decided to forgo 600D to other camera which was more user friendly and multi-functional. At expo today, tested out quite a few cameras, and finally deciding on canon G12! it brings me great joy to have a handy semi camera with different functions, especially the use of flipping the camera screen front and back! :D

#One Week To Celebrate 20 Years Of Dynamic Transformation

Today concludes the end of Engine 20th Anniversary Week! The long term planning has finally came to realization and also to an end. It was a week long continually mini event from monday to thursday, creating awareness for the big finale on friday, today. we couldn't force those who weren't interested to participate in the double record breaking today.

For Day 1, Monday, we had several childhood mascots roaming around engine concourse! and the cutest of which happens to be guo xin in mario dressing!

On to Day 2, Tuesday, several engine students performed a mixed song dance flashmob over at different intervals!

Following to Day 3, Wednesday, we broke the first record of having the most people dancing to cupid shuffle and also our very own individual diploma clubs dance performances.

Moving on to Day 4, Thursday, we had movie mascot and variety and funniest commercial challenge.

Finally on Day 5, Friday, it was our engine school double record breaking!

the whole engine students and staff was invited to participate. took attendance of the students who came down, and proceed them to the sports complex to gather everyone for the record breaking. first, breaking the record of having the most people doing jumping jack together for 3 minutes. we failed the first time round but eventually succeeded in the second round!

the second record breaking that we broke was the most number of people sucking to a lollipop for 3 minutes. so much easier to do, for which we had more people participating than the previous one.

after the double record has been fulfilled, there was some performances and lucky draws to be given away! lucky lucky, so very lucky students to win an ipod nano, itouch, ipad2 and 3 lcd tv! and all happens to be year 1 students. lucky much! later during the evening, we had our own performance for just the main and subcomm who helped out in the event! there was also several buffet spread right before the performance.

Towards the end, a big pop of rainbow petals and party strimmers came falling, touching almost every corner of the audi2!!! love that moment, unfortunately so, i forgot to capture it ):

anyway, being part of the celebration for engine 20th anniversary gives me nothing more but another treasured experience and memories of my time in temasek polytechnic.

#I Once Told Someone "You're The Apple Of My Eyes"

Last night, near midnight, caught the most talked about movie "you're the apple of my eyes" with yueming and meiting. yueming has been harping on it all day and night long, and finally we managed to watch it after a few incident. The theater was almost full and the movie plot made the crowd burst into laughter, teared and a heartwarming touch to the hearts. It was an overall touching movie for me to see how puppy love goes such a long way.

It takes a huge amount of care your heart is carrying to turn, and go back to the place & person where you once turned your back to.

Saw quite a few peeps who happened to be at tampines mall while i was on shift today! have i ever said that i'm so glad to be working at that area? anyway, had dinner with yueming since she was on shift at fitflops too! we both decided to catch the apple of my eyes that very midnight, counting xylia in too. however, after operating hours, xylia wasn't allowed to closed her shop as she was very close to hitting her budget. and seeing how it progressed, we forgo the midnight movie. it has been awhile since i last caught a movie too.

#Sone

It has been a really long time since i last met up with angel, liying and the rest. Quite a last minute arrangement when they called me down to downtown to have basil inn for dinner and their chalet. just had my cup noodle for dinner when they called me. still, i made my way down to meet them. basil inn thai dishes is really good! just a spoon fed and i've got a whole new appetite to gulp down another set of dinner.

screamed for jiexin when she walked passed the store which scare the crap out of everyone dining there. somewhat similar to the past 2 years incident at the downtown bus stop when we coincidentally met each other. went for a walk first before heading to the chalet. played bishibashi at the arcade! such a cute game but i totally suck at it! later, helped christina's sister to buy the apple midnight movie. lots of people said this movie is really good!

When we're at the chalet, they taught me a new card game called "The Burden Game"! quite an easy game to play actually. wasn't much bbq food left and had jelly ice pop! after awhile, liying reminded me about the movie tickets which i totally forgot about it! ran all the way out to the road to pass the tickets. and on the way, saw viszhnu and nick at mac! wanted to chat for awhile but passing the tickets was more important then. after passing the tickets, wanted to head back for a short chat but they both were leaving already.

went to grace chalet too afterwards and had a chat with laoba when i'm on the way out of the chalet. it was late, so zhixin, davin, and him followed me home. it was quite a long walk but it nice to have hearty seniors around (:

It was a little past our scheduled meeting time to meet up with our school supervisor early this morning. We were also one member short to proceed with our meeting. Called up jiexin and found out she had overslept and that our supervisor was on medical leave!! our supervisor actually did informed us through email late yesterday night, however none of us went to check. It's a wednesday and we had no class for just this particular day. Out of the five semesters, this was the only semester which we are able to have a day off from school. Not a very suitable period for as there are loads of projects and meeting discussion happening almost everyday round.

Since the start of the last semester, so far i've been sleeping past my normal bedtime hours. Staying up late wasn't what i usual will do but with the amount of incomplete work even sleeping earlier wouldn't let my brain rest comfortably through the night.

Made another trip down to powerhouse yesterday night which i encountered with someone i prayed so hard not to meet in school. it was utterly embarrassing, however, at the very least this little awkwardness situation finally came to an end. #Every Percentile

Earlier the week, many were invited to Miya's 20th Advanced Birthday Celebration at a villa in Bukit Timah, which happened this evening. took a train down with yueming, initially thinking of alighting at bukit batok or chinese garden, right at the western side of Singapore. To be safe, we text people would had already reached to provide us with some directions. Alighting at botanic garden, it was a few bus stops ride away. Upon alighting at the given stop, we were greeted by this little signage on the bus stop!

so so thoughtful and considerate to put up such sign since it was a place most of us will be unfamiliar with.!

The villa with he celebrated in was actually his aunt place. the place was humongous!! 3 storeys high with indoor basketball court, home theatre, mini-fountain/ pond for koi to swim in, basement, a lift, and i bet there was even more that we haven't seen! soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo rich.

Earlier this morning, went to school as usual for our normal tutorial lessons. It ended an hour early, which gave us time to have lunch in school before heading to Corporation Place, again. It's our second site visit as some of us required additional information of the building. Collection of the data required took faster than we thought, thus jovy drove us to kallang leisure park to have a quick and fast feast on yoguru yogurt! i'm loving yogurt even more with each tries i get! drove back to the east and sent leong bing home and later back to school to pick up those who are attending the abc children home d&d! time was rather tight as i had to reach earlier for the last rehearsal. managed to reached right before the main performance starts rehearsing! Soon, the concert started and first up was the certification ceremony of all the k2 kids graduation!

i still remembered when i was in k2, i dressed up as a lion and did a performance for my graduation. couldn't remember quite clearly what i do, but just that i was in a lion suit. and for the finale, we had to dance and our hands had to make the bird sign. just little bits of memory that i can remember.

after the performance which ended around 10pm, many had to make their way back home as they were participating in the nEbO quest the next morning. for me, i made my way down to pasir ris central to meet dearest xylia and yueming! another impromptu supper date, followed by having a sleepover at my place! another impromptu decision made on the spot!

For our major project, we seemed to have completed half of what's needed to be done. however, i don't get that feeling at all since we don't have the proper documents complied yet. still remembered how we planned to complete our major project during the holidays before school starts so that we could all concentrate on other subjects. the plan failed terribly which caused all of us to stay back zillion long hours in school to finish whatever parts we have on hand. Plans are only good intentions unless they immediately degenerate into hard work.

#We Could Always Do More Than The Usual

This Sunday afternoon, my sister recommended our family to dine at a korean bbq buffet worth $20 per pax at link hotel! Not only would they have just bbq dishes, but also side dish, cooked food, fried food, soup and especially korean pancakes! there was also ice-cream and other drinks however you would need to top up some money for it. Over the past 2 weeks, my daddy was overseas in philippines where he hardly had a proper meal. thus, my sis suggested the buffet to fill his tummy up!

later at night, we drove down to bugis where my family bought 3 sets of iphone4s, for my dad, bro and sis! my brother wanted to have my phone but no way am i gonna change to iphone4s! no wayyyyyyy!

It was a very impromptu decision as we made our way down to powerhouse to try the 6 different kinds of jellybirds which they were selling just for yesterday night!

cleared finished the jellybirds shots followed by another ordered shot. and later on a bottle of alcohol which we have to finish up before heading off to the dance floor. up to date, there is always something which will bound to happen. i hope this isn't all true. Nevertheless, it's extremely enjoyable playing throughout the night.

#Keep Dancing & Follow Your Heart

LIFE and our volunteers were invited down to Punggol CC for an appreciation day which turns out to be an agm of their committee! a big turned around event for everyone as that wasn't what we expected an appreciation day to be like. However this agm was accompanied by several tarot card reading stalls and refreshments, so it wasn't all that dead boring. everyone got excited over the tarot cards readings and almost everyone sat down and took their readings on whatever they are of concern. some were good, while others weren't that smooth. but whatever it is, we should believe it fully as at the bottom line, we still made up how we want our lives to be. Just listening it as an advice and act accordingly to how you want it to be.

later at night, jiexin and me went down to joey's advanced 21st birthday! we both got a shock when we heard how much she forked out for her whole party! but since it's a one year thing, plus you have already paid for it, just let it be then. it's one meaningful year to grow old with all those love ones around you (:

#Maiden

From 18th to 21st October, it was the October Orientation for Engineering School whereby they took in a total of 7 classes for 5 courses. Once again joined the admin department where i didn't do much of anything because our of the 4 days, i had to go back to work for 3 days! and on the last, went out again for abc childen home d&d rehearsal! work lasted from noon to night where i missed out quite alot of happenings in school. However, after 3 consecutive days working, at the last shift on 20th, my admin group, solely finance and lost sheep came and gave me a surprise after i ended my work!

#Pre-Halloween Event

Earlier the week, there was this deal and offer on a Halloween Event, 13Cells, that is on-going every weekend nights. People who knows me, will know i'm the scaredy cats among all scaredy cats! i've got no idea why i decided to join. the ticket price was cut half the price at $19 instead of $38.

On earlier this evening at 7.30pm where we met and waited for the coach, our names wasn't on the list which made us a little panic. however, the lady managed to squeeze us into the 8pm bus to start off our journey. yueming couldn't join us in the end, and so it was just xylia and me with chirstina and her whole group of friends! consisting of a total 11 people! and all of us went for the walk together!

On the coach to the unknown location, they even gave us an indemnity form to sign!

they also told us the whole thing will take around 90minutes! it got us thinking that "we had to walk for such a long period?""how big is that place that we need to walk for that long!" all sorts of thoughts came as we were left in suspends! finally they revealed that the venue we are heading to was bishan cemetery.

Upon reaching, they gave us a lightstick each and group by group, they send us off to the night walk journey. the wait was terribly long and the journey wasn't scary at all! there was only a handful of people to scare us and each stop there was only one person! We all screamed at the last stop which at least made our money worth a little. other than that, the walk only covers like 15-30minutes! the rest of the time we were just waiting and waiting! a total scammed of money!

how i wish this was scary so that it would be my last time going to such event! but it turns out as a total failure!! guess i might attend such event next year too :/

#Happy Ending

I finally set aside some time to complete wgm khuntoria episodes! It's really a pity to have all wgm couples coming to an end! but at least their ending was one happy ones which i hoped to have and actually do it. i think at some points, we do tend to relate some things we possess with this show. in my opinion, it's quite a good self-improvement program. can't wait for the next new couples!

#Running Wild

Last night, after returning from malaysia, yueming and i went straight to raffles place without going home! met the rest of the girls at raffles place to get ready before walking over to butter factory! none of us went there before so we had to rely on our iphone map to lead us there! after reaching, we all had the "ah, so it's this place" kind of face. i always passed by the place but not knowing what that place is for. It's Wednesday and it's ladies night!! as compared this to rebel&zirca, this place is a whole lot better! but this week wasn't the right week to visit the club since alot of the army guys are on pop. it was a night well spent with them even though initially the rest didn't want to club but lucky i persisted! even thought it's still not a good clubbing experience again, as there was a little funny yet turned off incident, my night was at it's best with these bunch of girls!

#Excursion For The Kicked Out

Just like what yueming promised, she made our malaysia day trip come true! Almost at the last minute, the four of us, Christina, Kelene, Yueming and myself, who was supposed to be in the vietnam ocp group, who got kicked out at the end, planned our own excursion to malaysia! We started of our journey to bugis in the afternoon to catch a bus into malaysia. There wasn't any excited feelings but it did came when we're supposed to be heading back to Singapore. Overall, it was still a wonderful independent trip with them, travelling to and fro within Malaysia.

Initially, we thought we would shop most in City Square Mall, but ended up spending the most time at KSL! before setting off on our shopping, we dine at Kim Gary and boy they took a long time to serve us our food!

After lunch, we deceided to shop outside the area and leave city square mall the last on the list! the first mall we went, which the taxi driver recommended practically had nothing! and many shopping places on our list was closed down or shifted! got to update update our list already! cab to holiday plaza which we managed to get face-print shirts as our first buy! roam around a little longer before walking over to ksl.

at the end of the day, i spent all my money that my mom gave! i declared bankrupt and we had to dig up whatever cash we had on hand while we were on our way back to city square mall in the cab, which made the uncle charge all of us a cheaper fare. Thought we could had street seafood for dinner but looking at the way we sort for cash, ended up having normal street food near city square mall.

Malaysia feels safer if we're indoor as compared to outdoor. i was so afraid someone might robbed us because my bag was so big! it was getting late so we hurried our way back to malaysia checkpoint and bus back to Singapore! Bought quite a sum of items at a cheap and reasonable pricing. Wouldn't mind going back again next year! (:

Got up early in the morning and headed down to changi airport with the rest of the L.I.F.E members to send those who are going to Cambodia for their overseas community project trip. yeah, i together with 3 others was supposed in that kind of place, wearing ocp shirt, carrying our bags and luggage, foreign money in our wallet and a passport in our hands, waving byebye to Singapore. All that just vanished because of yokeyoke assumption. i will stop harping this issue after today.

after the ocp group had went into the departure hall, the rest of us went down for mcdonald breakfast, and later on back to school to play a few rounds of badminton! a good way to kill some time before my work starts in the noon.

it's easy to say byebye if you know that you'll see each other again,

in my mind, i know just whatever that is going on. every action taken that i thought about always comes with whatever reaction there might be if it were like this. i've so much to ask, however, can it be answered? i was fine, but you were not. that made me not fine too. with every ounce of courage i stepped forward with carefulness, you closed up, you avoided. again i just wanted to care a little with no intention of receiving back anything, you turned and strike me out. i just don't get it. i was willing to carry whatever there is but after you strike me out, i've completely sunk. what am i to do? where should i go?

i knew it was me all the time. and each time i bite myself to make it right again. this time was even worst, before i bite myself, i turned against my darling friends. everything wasn't going right at all. with my uncontrollable emotion, i just destroyed part of me, part of them. after which, i knew i had to do something. i just can't sit by and let the day and night pass so agonizing. A chance was given and half was solved.

i thought i sensed hope and just that little made me believe we could everytime. time and again i could only hide at a corner and take little peeks at you. the feeling is just excruciating when i just want to be right there, right beside you.

#Behind The Lens, Was You

Since the late morning to now, all main committees and sub committees were having a photoshoot in school for this year's engine 20th celebration in the coming month of november! i love photoshoot sessions as it somehow raises your confidence level, boost your self-esteem unawarely, every picture taken is so deep, and it makes everyone so beautiful. it was really chaotic with so many people, but we all still managed to take it well and take it fast since we engaged a pro in this. everyone did had a whole lot of fun. and i did too for a few parts.

#All The Way

Mr Andrew treated ESC, L.I.F.E and IES to his condo place to have a round of bbq! his condo really felt like a resort! the building looks really new! actually, all the buildings looks similar to me anyway. for the tastebuds, it was just like any bbq session anywhere, however, this bbq with old and new members of the groups made me take into consideration of factors i tend to easily forget sometimes. after that night, it made me realized how much more fortunate am i to have them in my life. so much to understand, so much to consider, so much to think, so much not to think, so much to everything that i'm so willing to go through all of it.

while zhiyong and me was waiting for my bus to arrive, he told me something that made me really happy after i said something. i would probably be over the moon if i was truly felt it that way to him. After today, i've learnt that sharing is the holdings to one's hearts.

#God Sent

Yesterday night, i visited a place so much familiar with me. going back to that place half a year later brings back quite a few rich memories. supposed to reach ryan's second house so much earlier, however while i was walking, (apparently, i could have alighted the next stop which was more closer but goggle map told me to alight at a stop earlier. didn't know the place well enough, so i just had to follow what direction i was given) i came to the junction whereby it was a road away to punggol promenade. really missed that place and the construction link that can be walked through by pasir ris farmway has officially been opened! i was really excited so i went to have a walk there!

It was at night and the lights were all lit in purple and yellow. it's really beautiful. now the place has even more things to do like prawning, pool, soccer and more restaurants! the prawning place was really happening with lots of people surrounding the fishing areas and many buckets with super huge fishes! seemed so easy to catch! continued to walked up front where i finally reach the broadway path to all the moat. walked all the way to the end of the bridge and back. rested for quite awhile before making my way to the house. it was great spending sometime walking there. would love to go back again.

i think i'm only good at directions. i can find all sorts of places easily with the help of my iphone that is. was under the block already but i spotted a mini playground up front. so i went to sit at the slide for awhile. shortly after, guoxin and dandan came and they saw me at the playground! lucky much. they both were really sent by God to call me to up. I think if they had not walked pass and spot me, i might just sit there all night. made my way up eventually with yongqiang help.

i was really fidgety and it felt like i'm taking my driving test! instantly hugged and cried upon seeing jiexin and jovy. finally i understood. for what's going to happen next, it's only up to me to prepare what's coming. actually thinking back, i trust this two girls 100% honestly. i wonder why, but i do so. and that's that. i contradict myself so much.

slowly one by one started to knock out after their drinking and watching tv. clear the place up a little with jiaen and finally knocked out on the dinning table at 5am. was being awaken to sleep in the room later at dawn for just a few hours before we left the place. kind of relief as yesterday i rejected working in the afternoon for today.

took a long late afternoon nap alone at home with both blue and toytoy in my arms. woke up at several intervals because of the house phone kept ringing. knew it was my mum calling but i had the slightest energy to get up and answer. i'm just enabling myself to get a scolding from her later.everyone, yes everyone is flying somewhere this holiday period! this keeps on reminding me about my supposed-to-go-for-my-vietnam-ocp-trip just in about a few days time!!!

all is back to the way it was & i'll live more crazily happy.

Supposedly, the six of us were all so ready to have dinner together at 2d1n korean bbq! however, things couldn't be helped when dearest xylia suddenly got food poisoning this morning! so we changed our plans again to dte, nearer to xylia's house so that we could celebrate leemay's and meiting's belated birthday, and visiting her at the same time. sadly, felly couldn't join since it was too far from her house. anyway, met up with yueming earlier to get the celebration cakes. secretly went to collect our puffs and dessert when we're buying back xylia's dinner. but we always failed to coordinate properly because of leemay and meiting. funny much! walked to xylia's place and started our celebration. i didn't like any of the 4 dessert. never ever gonna buy them ever again. and it's my second time having durian! it is still a fruit which i still prefer not to eat.

anyway, being with them really made me feels better (:

Next week, it will be time for xylia to go back to school for the very last term! plus, she just got back from her holiday in Bangkok! so before going back to school, it's always natural in wanting to have a hair cut and look good. while xylia had a redish dyed, for mine, just wait and see me and you'll know (: how holiday passes so fast when we're still in the mist of enjoying them. i've left with 3 weeks of holiday before school reopens on the last week of october!

#"So Proud Of You"

On this early Saturday morning, it was L.I.F.E second event, North East District Recycle Care held for our engine students. we seemed to have alot of meetings and almost one semester is gone, and yet we only have 2 events for engine students. hm.. what have we been doing.

anyway, stayed over in school last night since in the late morning there was a booth for donation from staff and in the afternoon, eng20th meeting and later that night, major project discussion. mp wasn't all that bad, rather it was the internet! it doesn't provide me with the information i want! wrote different kinds of search key words but yet ended up with nothing at the end of the day. it's so frustrating! It was time to end the discussion and rest for the day. That night, i had a hard time sleeping. i wasn't worried about the next day event nor was i worried about mp. just couldn't sleep until around 3am.

It was 7am where we all woke up and bathe. forgot to bring my towel which i realised when i was trying to sleep! used my dirty shirt to fan myself dry. Soon the event started and we're all at our respective blocks opposite school for collection. Thankfully it didn't rained if not there will be more trouble than it already is. The morning collection felt really long and our progress was rather slow. Even though we didn't managed to complete the targetted blocks allocated, our volunteers and fellow main comms and sub comms did their outmost effort and strength to accomplish this event.

#Here Comes Sunshine Lucky

At 1am this early morning, met up with yueming first before catching a cab with xylia, altogether heading to the airport. It was all three of us first time to the budget terminal where xylia booked a flight to Bangkok!

I remembered there was a shuttle bus service at Terminal 2 where it fetches passengers to Budget Terminal. However, we weren't sure if it was still operating through the night, thus not taking any chances, told the taxi driver to drove straight to the Budget Terminal. It pretty simple and just they have just the basic needs provided. We found out the the shuttle service was still operating, so we headed to T2 and on to T3. Thought we could have popeyes but we were a minute too late. In the end, we just make do with McDonald's.

Wanted to take the skytrain back to T3 however, we waited for quite awhile and it wasn't arriving. Found out that it had already stopped operating! Walked through the mrt link bridge back to T2 and waited for the bus to arrive. There was still time left so we sat at McDonald's and waited, and waited till 5am.

Soon enough, one by one xylia's holiday friends came and it just one hour before her flight which was at 6.50am. we gave her a hug, sent her off for her holiday with a happy heart and made our way back home in the freezing bus!

Another thing that came out good from this sent off was that i managed to saw my eye candy! before i saw him, i saw one tp student queuing up at the McDonald counter. not sure where i saw him before, but i just knew he was from tp. did not really take notice until i saw my eye candy. I got really excited and awake while xylia and yueming was still in dazed for the long way. Furthermore, his groups of friends were also taking the same plane as xylia to Bangkok! one of xylia's holiday friend is kinda cute too. and he's from tp too! why is all the cute guys not in engine school anyway?

keeping both fingers crossed, hope we can have a holiday together next year after our graduation!

On this Sunday afternoon, boyf and I went to Kallang Leisure Park for ice-skating! It has always been so hard for both of us to spend time with each other as our schedule always clash and last minute arrangement always popped up. boyf's dad wasn't using the car this very day, thus he used it and drove it out again. It was the second time he's driving me out on a date (:

nearing to evening after ice-skating, we drove down to town for a little window shopping. Visited H&M, however didn't bought anything from there. waiting to go there again with my parents (: am always loving the days we dig some time out to spend, however, it always ends too quickly.

#Behind The Operation Room's Door

it's my first time attending engine sub-comm camp as engine student. for the past two years, i did signed up to attend the camp, however, i couldn't turn up at the last minute. for the first year, sports club camp started a day earlier before engine scc. thus, we went for the sports club camp instead. furthermore, we had a class chalet too. so we didn't get to stayover for the camp too. for the second year, it was just shanice and me who signed up for engine scc. however both of us couldn't go because we decided to celebrate our friend's birthday. we could have went on the second day, however we were both too lazy to attend already. yes, this is it for the history behind my engine scc! this year, attending not as participant but as admin sub-comm.

there was orginal flavour, banana and pandan. banana muffin was my favourite! really felt like eating the fruit banana after having the muffins!

was idling in the room all day. saw on twitter that shanice, isabel and cheepeng was in the school library, thus, paying them a short visit! really miss them much!

day 2 - before dinner,

was preparing prizes for all the empires! times have changed indeed. last time only the best empire who had the highest score gets the prize, but now all are given! lucky much!

also, we were preparing for lucky draws prizes. 10 prizes to give away!

day 2 - during pasa malam,

gave out this year's engine sub-comm shirt after participants has claim their pasa malam food. felt so so bad because i instantly laughed when one participant said the prints was a frog when it was actually a dinosaur!

for supper, instead of having normal supper given to us, they orgainsed a mini pasa malam over in engine hall 1 and hall 2. the pasa malam food had actually arrived in the afternoon and a few participants was preparing and packing it since then till night!

i was practically coped up in the classroom bunk we were given to sleep and work. for the past 4days, us admin were nearly 99% inside the room eating, sleeping, watching drama, did a fairly small amount of admin work daily. when the camp ended, everyone else looks so tired but we looked so fresh and energetic! at least we shared the same feeling, and that was having fun in the camp (:

#Friends, Not Foe

It was another night that gone a little wrong, but we gained something else instead. Initially, it was just the four of us with the rest of the loyang peeps getting together at club soul this early midnight. just before we were about to cross the junction, leemay called out to us! such luck, such coincidence! if she didn't called, all of us would not know we were going to the same place at all! the place was so packed and squeezy! heard that the inside area was even smaller than a classroom! and after waiting for hours, we still didn't managed to get in. we gave the idea up and went down to boat quay to have a drink instead. stayed there for another few hours before heading back to raffles city to wait for the next train. had chocolate muffin warmed up and a cooling drink with potato salad at starbucks while waiting for the first train.

Had a super short but lovely meet up for lunch with lao ma and xiao mei this afternoon. Just tomorrow, he'll be in the army serving our country! A journey all guys should take to become a real man, externally and internally. I can't help it but, I want to go for National Service too! From my point of view, girls should just treat it like a field trip, going into army for just about a month, undergo that intense painfully harsh training under the sun and rain. if this were to happen, all girls might just whine, curse and cry. but after a few years down the road, looking at it again, we might all laugh about that harsh experience.

#Possible, My Third Time Lucky

It was the last day of Comex Fair and I could only managed to visit the fair right at the last day during the evening. Previously I thought it wouldn't be that crowded since it was the last day but i was wrong. Upon reaching, my family had to wait a few minutes before proceeding up to the convention hall. I was so excited as I thought I'm finally getting my own dslr/ pen with the money I've earned! Was still pondering whether to get cannon eos600D or olympus e-pl3! after a few minutes, I've made up my mind to get cannon, however, just when i was about to placed the order, all their 300 capped set was sold out!! depressing much.

Came home with an external hard drive instead of a new camera. Supposed to get one during this September fair which i missed the chance to get it during the June IT Fair. Now I have to wait for another 3 months! A total of 6 months waiting! Since i didn't bought the camera, am still considering which brand to get.

#Midnight Hearts

It was almost near midnight when we decided to delivery the jelly hearts cake to dearest xylia when she got home from the hospital with her dad. it was about a week ago when we were at dte and spotted this newly opened shop, which was similar to the homesale shop yueming recently ordered from. we decided to chip in and order one box for her as an encouragement, strength and love (:

few minutes before midnight, us three we struggling on how to pass it to her since the no bus were operating, and the jelly had to be kept in the fridge within one hour! wanted to drive my parents car, however they were asleep early and i didn't know where my dad kept his car keys. Thankfully meiting had permission from her parents to drive their car out! and in that way, it was my first time sneaking out home late at night without my parents consent! but my sis was still awake though.

Surprised xylia a little and had a catch up chat for about an hour. thinking back to the time when we wanted to place orders for the jelly, we three were all thinking about giving to our family and sweetheart! we only came to realised that when we made delivery this very midnight. we are all so similar in our small little ways. love the girls alot! we must have more get-together sessions please!

#Like Any Other Holidays

Last week, I applied my paid leave thinking I was going to work, but it got cancelled. i didn't know it was shifted until i asked. Then supposed to go out, however another last minute cancellation. I was really really depressed the day before. And I can't blame anyone for being in such situation can I? I wasn't prepared to stay at home. Since it had came to this, I just buried myself in a new drama, Protect the Boss, and left aside all work-related stuff till i go work the next day.

Thought the drama was completed, but apparently not. But so far, until mid-way of this drama, it had been pretty good so far! a very typical know-how drama plot. How I wish I had a boss like him too! I too will protect him until the very end too!

Today was Hari Raya, however it feels like any other weekdays night when i'm down at that busy buzzing basement. Bought home a box of flavoured mixed egg tarts for my family. Have got the slightest idea why i bought home tarts because normally, i won't buy back anything for them. As this year starts, this little changes just came about. one of the tart i chose was durian flavoured and the smell was so strong! could smelled it while i was riding the bus home! My brother's action towards food is really fast! wanted to take a picture after i had a shower. But by then, he already ate one of it!

#Nothing Feels Better Than Home

Earlier this afternoon, was supposed to meet yueming at noon, however, i thought she was already awake when she replied me in the morning. but no! she went back to sleep! typical her! haha. took the train down to buona vista and transferred a bus to visit xylia's sister.

visiting a hospital was never a good thing. maybe for those pregnant woman who is giving birth, that may be the only exception, to a certain extend too though. the visit reminds me of the time when i was in Philippines, i was sent to the hospital because i kept vomiting. later, finding out it's because of gastric. really felt i was dying and the feeling was totally sucky. just wanted to be home even though it was so darn painful. plus, i went through teo transfer of hospital and the journey was really really far, unlike Singapore taking just minutes to reach to the nearest hospital.

helped to exchanged xylia's current iphone at comcentre as she experienced some problems. it's so easy to exchanged, however the queue can be a killer at times. Also, thought she could join us and intertwined a bit but i can understand how tiring this can be.

xylia babe, you got to be strong. we will always be there whenever you need us. our love and support for you is never-ending (:

after exchanging xylia's iphone, walked all the way to bras basah where a flea was held! along the way, stopped by plaza singapura to take a look at a camera that yueming recommend. got to look up the net for more information. not sure which to get but i'll definitely get one from the coming comex fare!

later met up with meiting and had our dinner at fish & co express. it was all our first time trying and the student meal is really good and worth it! (Y) will definitely patronise the shop again at my next visit!

Yesterday after work, I brought boyfriend to eat the banmian at paya lebar. It has been months since we last ate dinner after our work together. and both our sip is ending pretty soon! last day for him this coming friday, and mine the following friday! After which, headed to boyfriend house as his mummy said there was lots of food left! one of which was sushi!! he gave the entire leftover sushi for me and my family to share. gave some to my brother and parents for breakfast the next day! the sushi was really really stuffed and good. same compliments given by my brother and parents too(:

#A Stroll With You

On this Sunday afternoon, before catching our movie, the rise of the planet of the apes, had my first cinnamon melts at Mac Cafe with boyfriend! I guess I really do have a thing for something sweet which are hot (: movie was quite good and before the movie start, the preview the thirller for final destination 5! One thing i noticed is that it's so much less bloody than the other 4 movies! But still their death is still as cruel.

Later during the evening, brought walk-walk out for a walk, as promised, round the condo area before heading back home.

Had home steamboat with my family for dinner as we had 2 packs of leftover beef from last week! my parents went to buy a few more extra ingredients to add on with the beef. At the end, only managed to finish one pack, and almost half was eaten by my brother! his appetite is way too big, way too scary as he stuffed piece by piece of beef into his mouth!

#Stripes

My dad booked his company bungalow to celebrate my sister's advanced 21st birthday! Mummy said that for all 21st, she'll celebrated it with a bang! There were alot of people and i was busily preparing the set-up and food the whole time! Arrived during the late afternoon to prepare the table before guests starts to come in. Once that was over, I was supposed to help take pictures but gave to one of my sis friend to take over my job while I helped out my dad in preparing the bbq food. Started eating when baby arrived (: However, we just ate the catering food as the bbq food weren't ready yet. Soon enough, it was time for cake cutting. The most longest process as i had tto take individual group shoot of everyone!

Slowly, everyone started leaving and finally had the time to eat the bbq food!! the host always get to eat at the last! wanted to help clean up the place as it was filled with streamers from the party poppers popped during the singing, but I was too tired, plus I had to wake up early the following day. It was an awesome birthday party (:

#Add Life Into Lives

Today was our first L.I.F.E event, nEbO L.I.F.Ely Kidz, whereby we brought several kids from Kits4Kids to ehub eXplorerkid to play the mega play and the ball pool! these kids were all super tough to handle, however, with the neverending fighting spirits our volunteers had, they all made it though for almost half the day! We also engaged our own engine school magic ic to perform some tricks and magic for them! there's also colouring done, and a few station games our very own program department came up with! Not forgetting to mention, our lunch was simply fantastic! it has been ages since we had such a good meal when we're doing events. we had 2 big plates each of chicken drumstick, fishballs, fried dumplings, spring rolls!! and a plate of cheese sandwich and beehoon! the beehoon had this peppery taste that my tastebuds simply love it! When we're in the party room for lunch, magic, colouring, the room was super noisy! it was filled with all the kids noise!! their mouths all seemed to be closed but it was so noisyyyy! mentally drained from just the noise itself. But overall, it was a job well done to all volunteers and all main comms, especially to the organisers of this event, Dandan, Jie En and Mathew (:

For the whole day, I was out and spending my entire time at the basement. Didn't have time for lunch and dinner, and also, didn't managed to catch this year's National Day Parade. Had to go online to see whatever that was captured. It was a very tiring day spent but it's still worth it.

#Meat Lovers

The 4 of us had another get-together steamboat session at xylia's house to sort of celebrate National Day. The food we bought is getting lesser and we still can't finished it! Looking at the food again is making me all hungry over again! Afterwards, caught a bit of "The Human Caterpillar" which totally grossed Meiting and I up. Skipped alot of parts here and there and stopped the movie halfway because both of us can't take it anymore. Felt so weak even though we didn't watched all the sick part of the story. Listening the story from Yueming already gives me the weakening chills. I'll still stick with the normal genres movies like comedy, romance, action, fantasy. My heart is just too weak for horror, gore etc :/

#Daddy For Life

A few days before, my dad got into a car accident right before leaving for work just when he's about to leave the carpark. Thankfully he was alright, and just the front bumper came off which needs to be sent for repair for over a few days. So my family past the weekends without a car for that time being! Furthermore, it was my daddy's 50th birthday which falls on a sunday, today! Mummy borrowed an extra car from my aunt, but when she started the car, it wasn't working. But thankfully, baby was able to drive my family out on that day!!! Am so gratefully to my dearest boy.

My sis bought my dad's present when she was in korea, therefore, could only give him a birthday dinner treat. We had down to 313 to have a tarafuku japanese buffet! and yay to student meal during the weekends dinner time buffet! really cut down the amount by alot!

#Love Creates New Life

Earlier, i ended my last few hours of my precious day off with boyfriend. Waited for him to end work and then went to town for a simple dinner, and home we go. It was short, but i truly love the time we spent together. Took my one day off from work to accomplished what I've been waiting for years. Now that it's confirmed, things might start to crash with each other, and the days might become more rocky. it'll take a whole lot of willpower to gain control of the wheel I'm steering, and at times, i may just make several mistakes in my turns. it came when i least expected it, and it's a challenge i gladly accepted. Let's all just keep it going.

#Frantic

Thanks to parrot, I was able to catch Captain America in 3D a day before it starts showing in theatre! A little funny incident happened when we're going to watch this movie. He mentioned that we'll be watching it in 3D IMAX, in Lido, where it's played in a super big screen, much more better than the normal 3D. When we gave the tickets to the ticket officer, he tore half and gave us the 3D glasses, and we went into the imax theatre thinking nothing was wrong. We both were so excited at that point of time! but after we chose our seats, a couple came and said we sat on their seats. After clarifying, we found out ours was the normal 3D theatre, which was just right beside the imax theatre hall!! We quickly rushed out and in to the normal theatre right beside it! And we still had a little time to spare before the movie start. However, i still prefer to watch movie in digital, don't really like 3D. I think I've only watched 3D movie once, and that was for the Spy Kids 3, where I watched it at home. Still remembered the glasses then was blue and red which gave eye-ache to my eyes, but now it's transparent, much better, but still not my preferred choice!

#Humorous Force

It was an amusing night with these bunch of crazy peeps! It has been quite a long time since I last met them. We have been hanging around twitter and kept wanting to eat this and that, coming out with dates to meet but it was always so hard as the group was large and we all have different schedules. Finally we managed to meet up to have our peppery bak kut teh for dinner! Our orders were all so confusing because we all ordered so much, plus, we split and share our food two-by-two. After our filling meaty dinner, we walked to Chinatown, initially wanting to buy koi for some, but after we walked past McDonald's, all decided to have McDonald's ice-cream instead! From there, all took out their ipads and iphones to play kart rider! So fun to play through the bigger screen, but it suck when you have to turn it! we laughed and laughed and kept wanting to play more caused we didn't managed to get first! I did got first just for one game, out of the thousands games we played, but just when i was being pronounced first, the game lost connection!!! so irritating!! My one and only win! I need more practice before we come together and play again (:

#Reunion With The Old And New

In replace of having an overnight trip to palau ubin, we had a sizzling steamboat at zhiyong's house! Early in the afternoon, some L.I.F.E peeps went to ntuc to buy the ingredients and prepare them. When I came, dinner had already started! There was even a refreshing logan drink for dessert! best way to cool down after a sizzling hot steamboat! Initially, we all planned to have a night cycling throughout the night, but once our tummy are full, everyone just became lazy. The ones who stayover played a game of Kings Hearts while we talked about our mp. It's quite depressing as the others are playing, we have to discuss on our mp. Once we had finished, their game did ended too and everyone was all lining up waiting for their turns to the loo! haha Later through the night, i watch an episode of running man and watched the guys playing maple. And I guess it was my first time watching them play maple for a whole hour or more!! When dawn was almost arriving, everyone just knocked out till the early morning.

#Content Little Satisfied Carriers

Early this afternoon, it was a rushed meet up with Meiting and Yueming, to have a shopping session in Bugis. There was another fit all you can promotion held in one of the stores in Bugis Street. Thus, we decided to give it a go since it was said that the bag was bigger. It was not as crowded as we thought, and also, they limit the amount of people selecting in the stall, thus, it does not seemed that havoc. But once our eyes fixed on the bag provided, we all gave a second thought. It was a regular sized candy bag where you see from mini toons, and there was a line limit requirement, where you can see on the bag, that you can’t exceed. There were clothes, shoes and toys to pick from, where they too will stock up after each session. It was really unwise to choose shoes and toys, as for just a pair of shoes could fill up the whole plastic bag. Therefore, we gave the 35 bucks fit all you can promotion, another miss.

We walked around Bugis for shopping, and later, visiting a flea at Iluma! Lucky for us, once we came out of the mrt station, a group of teens came to advertise the Hooked on Flea II held in Iluma!!! I just love visiting fleas! Everything would mostly be sold at a cheap price, and almost 99% of the time, we will not leave empty-handed! :D

Sis sent 1 big box and 1 small box back to Singapore! the big box weight at least 36kg! I think 2 people can fit inside the big box! that's how big it is! all the clothes, shoes, accessories, and the many usual lies inside this box of wonders! even another luggage bag wouldn't fit what was send back! won't be opening the boxes till my sis comes back to Singapore, which is the starting of next week! one month just passed by so fast!

#Next Destination

It was the very first time my dearest boy brought me out in his parent car when i ask him out. I guess because of the place we're going to and what we'll be doing there made him wants to drive there. Also adding on to the fact that his dad was still away on his business trip. On the way driving through ecp, i really wanted to have our macdonald meal together with the 1 for 1 chocolate melts. I suddenly thought of a brilliant plan that since we're on ecp, we could order it through the Macdonald drive thru at East Coast Park!!

Ordered a set of macnuggets meal since it would be tough eating in a moving car.

Not long after, we reached the KTM railway

Unfortunately, the security guard closed the entrance and wouldn't allow anyone in. It was really such a big pity because i was really look forward to it, plus i never get to sit the train before unlike him. However, i still had a wonderful time being drove to places i wished to go within minutes (:

#Little Age

It was nEbO's 4th Birthday! It was held at downtown east this late morning and afternoon. It was celebrated with performances, several bazaar stores and us helping out in giving out free orange balloons and party hats! I was all hyped up when it first started, however, as it cames towards the afternoon, it got sunk down for as lunch was delayed and i got real sick of giving out party hats. Also, i thought giving away party hats would be unpopular, but i was wrong. Many little kids did want the party hats when i offered it to them. (:

#Thank You, Heels

3 of us head down to Strictly Pancakes since we yet to try it before and heard that it's a place with good ambiance and their pancakes are exceptionally good! definitely two thumbs up up for this two categories! we ordered 2 main course and one plate of dessert. the main course came first before our dessert. when our dessert came, we became lions and poke our forks into the pancakes dessert because it's so irresistible! after awhile, we all became sick of eating pancakes. couldn't finish the last piece of pancake, it was too scary for our stomach to hold.

But way before that, birthday girl told us to wear heels on her birthday so we all did. And the heels that i wore slowly tore piece by piece as the day turns into night. the sole peeled off during lunch time and i tried to salvage it by taping it with tape. later on around 5pm, followed leong bing and another nus intern guy to deliver files to another library. After delivering, the tape couldn't hold on any longer and it just snapped. the reception lady gave me some rubber bands to hold the snapped sole and front platform together. was really hoping it could stay until i reach the cafe, but no! in the middle of crossing the road, the platform flew off!! i was so embarrassed that i left the front platform there and ran towards the bus stop under the rain. I was having difficulty walking because my left side heels was not balanced! was tip-toeing walking all the way to the cafe and the cafe wasn't all that near. i walked one big round, up and down and my feet was really working very hard.

so after we had our dinner, we walked back to the mrt and on the way, my right heel sole came off too!!! so right at that moment, i was literally tip-toeing while wearing a broken heels. i had do much difficulty in walking and the road to the mrt seems even further. my walking was weird and it was hard trying to walk normal as my feet was really in much pain. finally reach plaza sing and bought a slippers.

the walk felt long but at least i got xylia and yueming by my side helping me through. maybe i have to suffer some pain in order to really make them laugh huh. yueming had her wedges broken too, which turns into flats since xylia helped her tore off the heels part.

went back the pasir ris and sat the car meiting drove to downtown! had tom yam soup since i was craving for something spicy for quite awhile! and later on gave xylia her card and tarts that we made yesterday. hope you really had an exceptionally enjoyable day xylia!

#Tap In, Tap Out

It's a sunny and warm Sunday afternoon where Xylia and I went down to a warehouse sale somewhere in some industrial area. Yueming wanted to head down too, but she had work! So we went in her place. It's my first time down to a blogshop warehouse sale and i was pretty much excited since all the clothes they're selling was going to be cheap! Upon reaching, we had our bags sealed up and was given their recycled bag to put in all the clothes we chose. All tops was selling at $5 each and all dresses at $10! We went straight into the racks that were empty and slide one hanger at a time in lightning speed! After awhile, my shopping spirit went down because what's mostly on the rack were pretty repeated. In the end, we bought a few dresses and top too even though there was really nothing much. We quickly escaped that area asap because the sun was really heating up the place! Went down to bugis later and tampines to find our prdg shirts, but it was a waste of trip. Somehow or rather, we always will not find what we want to buy :/ Later in the evening, yueming came to joined us for wu xiang! accomplished one of my craves during the whole afternoon. (:

It was another year round for all 15 Diploma Clubs in Engineering School to attend this 2 days 1 night camp to learn more about their leadership roles. This year, engine is becoming more serious as for this camp, they hired professional trainers to have a 4 hours talks and mini activities on leadership. I did learnt, maybe not alot, but something i remembered that let an impact on me, which is on servant-leader.

It reminds me on a japanese drama, mei-chan no shitsuji, which it's about all high class ladies are studying in this school and each are served with a butler. these butlers that each ladies has are all so unique in their own talented way. they went all out to serve their ladies, even to use their lives to fight for their ladies they serves. totally, wow. Japanese dramas are always so abstract that they show you something you totally couldn't imagine. that's why they're inventing so many weird and unique technologies which look so futurist!

Back to the camp, haven't been a participant for a camp for quite awhile already. Almost forget the feel of being in a group cheering and playing games together. the morning was afternoon was taken up by talks and when it came to the evening, i had to went off for church. it's a pity, but at least i managed to go through 1 game together with my empire.

#The Real Deal Of Friday

On Friday evening, we had Arnold Chicken for dinner since i requested for it! saw their outlet at city plaza the other time and wanted to try it since then. We bought the set meal for 3 which comes with 9 chickens, 3 drinks, 3 breads, 1 large fries, 1 large mashed potatoe and 1 large colesraw! compared with kfc, i prefer this much more because there is less fats and it's freshly cooked once you order them! but the chicken is tasteless if you have it without any sauce. used 5 packets of chili sauce which totally suits the meal! 2 thumbs up for Arnold Chickens!

Later on we had ice cream for dessert! guess i'm gonna try all flavours from the shop! love trying out new things; as in new flavours for food, activites i yet to try out too. love to get a hands on first time experience in life(:

#Greetings From The One

Early tonight, Engineering Studies Club held their Annual General Meeting for the upcoming appointed new committee for AY11/12. The venue is so much suitable compared to last year's one at SAA. It's a new beginning, new hopes, new aspirations, new dreams to see through this year. It won't be long, neither would this period be short. It is the right amount of time where sweet and salt would be all produced.

Not forgetting to mention that Business Studies Club held their Annual General Meeting that very evening! Furthermore, their theme was SPECTRUM!!! meaning to say it was all about the vibrance of the 7 visual colours! they even painted and made a rainbow for it!! When i entered the auditorium, my eyes was feasting on that rainbow outside audi 1. i knew i just had to take a picture with it before it's being taken away forever. and, yes i did!
